Spring Walks… take a quiet moment out of your day!

When we can walk mindfully, outside, we can reconnect more effectively with the natural world.

The more I read about the science of interconnectedness the more I marvel at the hidden elements of the natural world that sustains us all.  So, to get inspiration for my art, I like to walk mindfully in the countryside around me, taking in the details, they space and cool winter air. When in cities I like to find a tree, or green spaces… and then there is the weather (… but a walk in the rain can be exhilarating!)

Take a moment if you can, even just 10 mins in a garden, or just by an open window with a view of a tree, something green or just the sky.  Take a long breath, let your mind wander and enjoy a re-connection with the natural world outside.
